General & Ordering Questions
A: Our standard MOQ is 500 MT for FOB shipments. We can accommodate smaller trial orders (100–200 MT) at slightly higher pricing. For 5,000 MT+, we offer volume discounts.
A: Simply submit your inquiry with your desired quantity, grade, and destination. We’ll respond within 2 hours with a formal quote. Once approved, we issue a sales contract and schedule your shipment.
A: Yes. We offer sample kits (up to 5 kg) for quality evaluation. For trial shipments, we can arrange 100–200 MT orders with full documentation.
Pricing & Payment Terms
A: Our current FOB price from Gulf ports is:
- 500 MT: $320–$340/MT
- 1,000 MT: $310–$330/MT
- 5,000 MT+: $300–$320/MT
Prices are based on current commodity rates and updated monthly.
A: Yes. We provide CIF pricing to major ports in China, Mexico, Germany, Japan, and Indonesia. We work with trusted freight forwarders to ensure competitive ocean freight and insurance rates.
A: We accept:
- T/T (Wire Transfer): 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
- Letter of Credit (L/C): Irrevocable, confirmed (optional)
All transactions are in USD.
Shipping & Logistics
A: We ship from:
- Gulf Ports: New Orleans, Houston (best for China, Mexico)
- West Coast Ports: Portland, Long Beach (best for Japan, Indonesia)
All ports are equipped for bulk grain handling and container loading.
A: Average transit times:
- China: 25–35 days
- Mexico: 7–14 days
- Germany: 18–25 days
- Japan: 14–20 days
- Indonesia: 20–30 days
We provide real-time container tracking.
A: Yes. Once your container is loaded, we provide the Bill of Lading (B/L) and tracking number. You can monitor your shipment via carrier portals (Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, etc.).
Quality & Compliance
A: Yes. We offer Non-GMO Project Verified and identity-preserved soybeans for EU, Japan, and other regulated markets. All shipments come with certification.
A: Yes. Every shipment includes:
- Phytosanitary Certificate (USDA APHIS)
- Fumigation Certificate (Methyl Bromide or Phosphine)
- Certificate of Origin
- Certificate of Analysis (COA)
All documents are export-ready and accepted by customs authorities.
A: Yes. We provide free sample kits (up to 5 kg) for quality evaluation. Samples are shipped via DHL or FedEx within 3–5 business days.
