2. Contract & Payment Terms

Once you approve the quote, we issue a formal sales contract with:

  • Product specifications
  • Quantity & packaging
  • FOB/CIF pricing
  • Payment terms (T/T or L/C)
  • Shipment schedule

Standard payment:

  • 30% deposit to secure the order
  • 70% balance before shipment

All contracts are in English and legally binding.

3. Quality Inspection & Batch Testing

Before loading, we conduct full quality control:

  • Protein, moisture, oil content testing (NIR method)
  • Foreign matter & damaged kernels inspection
  • Color, size, and odor evaluation
